When I first started working as a social media consultant for the Institute of Texan culture, I actually pitched this idea for their social media content.

I wanted to propose an easy way for their followers (the Institute does cultural events through the year) to learn more about the different foods they would be able to find at Texas Folklife Festival and Asian Fest.

Since I was hired for a certain amount of hours each week to consult & manage their social media building up to the festival, this idea was not used. It would’ve taken me too long to research each specific food & illustrate them into an infographic.

While it didn’t get used, I love how it turned out!
