This was a rush job for a client. The brief was simple: Create an end cap using these bottle images, phrase & hashtag.
I. Had. No. Clue. WHAT AN ENDCAP WAS!!!
A friend informed that they are the displays of product at the end of an aisle. Only because she has a friend who stocks groceries and sets up end caps and evidently speaks to no end about end caps.
The high-quality images for the product were provided (I need to learn to take product pictures one day!), so I was left to decide what font to use & how to display these bottles. I choose a font that felt a little less corporate & more friendly. I placed the product on a background that featured foliage with low opacity. I placed the hashtag in the blank space to help the eye roam to it at some point. The client was satisfied with the first proof:
